help! I ran a 5K in 38 minutes!

So, I am SUPER happy that I was able to run the base's 5K trail in 38 minutes!!! That's almost 10 minutes faster than the last time I ran it! BUT now I have the worst headache of my life! What's wrong and how do I fix it?!?

You might have become dehydrated, try drinking some water.

ditto on dehydration... but if you can tolerate it use powerade zero or G2.

  also, light walking to warm up muscles so you can stretch  - lots of folks forget to stretch shoulders / chest / back after running and those tight muscles can cause your cervical spine muscles to tighten and cause headaches.
