breakfast issues
After I eat breakfast I feel weak and nauseated. It seems to happen with just about everything including protein shakes, quest bars, yogurt, and eggs. I am 18 months out. Directly after breakfast I go to the gym and run 45 minutes and then do an hour of weights. I know i need a good breakfast, but I am at a loss of what to eat.
I was having the same issues and found out my sugar was dropping. As soon as I started just eating dense protien it went away. I know steak is'nt the ideal breakfast, but thats what I eat. Today I had chicken. weird, but it works!
