breakfast issues

After I eat breakfast I feel weak and nauseated.  It seems to happen with just about everything including protein shakes, quest bars, yogurt,  and eggs.  I am 18 months out.  Directly after breakfast I go to the gym and run 45 minutes and then do an hour of weights. I know i need a good breakfast, but I am at a loss of what to eat.

Have you always had this happen, or is it recent? I'd call your doc for a check-up because it isn't normal this far out.

Yes, kinda.  As far back as when I was a child I would feel this way after I ate something like donuts or even toast for breakfast.  I always thought it was a blood sugar thing and tried for more protein rather than carbs.  I have a check up on Dec. 1st.

I was having the same issues and found out my sugar was dropping. As soon as I started just eating dense protien it went away. I know steak is'nt the ideal breakfast, but thats what I eat. Today I had chicken. weird, but it works!
