Hi I am about 24 days out and seem to be fighting total exhaustion every other day , anyone else have this issue?

I fought it hardcore for the first two months. I had to up my iron, vitamin D and vitamin B1, due to lower levels post-op. Have you had any bloodwork done recently to rule out anemia or any other deficiency?

EDIT: I also changed my multivitamins from Bariatric Fusion to Celebrate, and within a couple of days, noticed a big difference. I'm not saying BF vitamins are bad--they just didn't work for me.

You just had surgery. It'll take a while for your body to start feeling better. Give yourself a chance to heal. I felt pretty tired for the first month in a half. I hated going to work at only 4 weeks out cause I was so exhauted!

I am tired but manage to come home from work for lunch and nap.  I actually deeply sleep.  It seems to make all the difference!
