Cold Medicine

This is not necessarily specific to WLS, but does anyone have a recommendation for an OTC cold medicine? I hardly ever take the stuff, but I'm in misery. My main symptoms are loads of sneezing, constantly runny nose, sinus headache, and fatigue.

Thank you! I just took some Robitussin PM. Hopefully that will help me sleep, at least. If I continue to feel worse, I may end up at a Minute Clinic or the ER tomorrow .
