Nasty cold!

I have caught a nasty cold from my hubby and can hardly breathe thru my nose. But I won't let it stop me--I still walked 3.2 miles!

Wow, I'm impressed. I have the flu (even with a flu shot) and I've been walking from the bed to the couch. LOL. Hoping to get back to exercise once the fever clears in the next few days. Remember when we would only walk back and worth to the kitchen? What a new and wonderful world this is...

I know- I never thought I would get to love exercise like I have and really feel bad when I miss it.
