Dr's office  put me on additional Vitamin A--when do you think is the best time of the day to take it? They also put me on B12. Can I take the 2 of them together?

Here's what I'm suppose to have each day

Multi Vitamin

Calcium

Iron

D3

B12

Vitamin A

Any help you can give me as far as a schedule would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

You can take the A and B12 whenever you want.

The schedule I do is like this:

breakfast- multi, calcium citrate, A, B12, D3

lunch- calcium citrate

dinner - multi, calcium

bedtime- iron

Make sure the vitamin A you're taking is either retinol palmitate or retinol acetate, not beta carotene.  Also, make sure it's dry, not in oil.  Like, it's dry powdery stuff in a capsule rather than one of those football shaped soft gels with oily stuff inside.

Same goes for the D3.  It needs to be dry, either a dry tablet or a capsule with powdery stuff inside.  And make sure it is D3, not D2.

Make sure your calcium is CITRATE.
