What type of workout routines does everyone have?

I hit the gym 3 to 4 times a week. I am following a 5x5 strong lifts program, so mostly concentrating on lifting. I use to do cardio, but am giving this heavy lifting a go....so far I love it. I do do 20 to 30 mins of cardio after I have lifted. I am 6 months post op.

I run a couple days, go to boot camp twice, do P90X a couple days-1rest day

I usually do cardio 45-60 minutes 6 days a week and weight training 3 days a week. I'm 5 months post-op.

I walk 30 minutes but am only eight weeks post.  My doc said to wait till 12 weeks to begin jogging.

I use Wii to do zumba, hand weights for arms and DVDs for yoga and Pilates.

I am 20 months post surgery.  I workout 7 times a week, 5 days.  I take the weekends off.  I run, I go to the gym and do elliptical and arc trainer for cardio, and I weight lift and do body resistance exercises everyday.  I do a different area of the body everyday.  My goal is to keep gaining muscle and keep my metabolism up and running.
