I seem to swallow air when I eat, which leaves with me horrid pains in the pouch, until I can get the air out.  Is there a trick I don't know about, or am I just weird?

I had that when I would drink liquid, so I learned to kind of purse my mouth and make sure I didn't have air in my cheeks before I swallowed. I think I used to open my mouth more than I needed to. Kind of weird description, I know.

I fight badgers with spoons.

I would do that to. So uncomfortable! Eventually I learned to do it without swallowing air. It just takes time. I dont know what, if anything I did different. It just eventually ceased.
