What does your day look like for food? I am needing some help outlining what i should be eating ect. Ive NEVER been good at this stuff so could really use some help. Ive noticed ive stalled a few times and im sure it bc i suck at making food plans. So can you all tell me what your day looks like? Please :D

At two months out I was eating something like this:

B-an ounce of lunch meat and some scrambled egg (half of one)
L- cottage cheese with salsa
D-tuna fish salad
S- string cheese (I'm not supposed to have a snack, but I admit I do)

I am eight weeks out and I eat 6 small meals a day.  My protein is about 70g-80, calories 500-700.  I use myfitnesspal.com  you can look at what everyone on your friends list is eating and get ideas.  

B:  protein shake

Morning snack:  string cheese or cottage cheese

L:  1/4-1/2 cup chili

afternoon snake:  yogurt

Dinner:  chopped chicken/salsa

night snack:  baby bell cheese
