I'm on soft foods and I am going to turn in to string cheese or light babybel cheese.   Plus all sorts of back up for almost 2 weeks now.... What other snacks does everyone have?

Cottage cheese, Yogurt, flavored water turned into a slushie, SF hot cocoa with a scoop of protein. Those are a few of the things I did at that stage.

I still love SF Jello with low fat cream cheese and yogurt.  SF chocolate pudding.  Favorites change every week or so.  Keep the high carb junk out of the house.

I ate stuff like Greek yogurt, sugar free pudding, sliced cheese, shredded cheese that I melted in the microwave (all warm and gooey, yum), leftovers from meal, protein ice cream and protein shakes.
