Do you swallow your vitamins -- when can I??

Just like most things, everyone is different. I tried Centrum, Bariatric Fusion and Celebrate and one other I can't remember. I don't like any of them. I have plenty to suffer through until I start swallowing bigger pills.

Now a quest for small multi vitamins!

There aren't many small multis. If they are really small, that means you'll need to take a bunch of them. For instance, Bariatric Advantage makes multi capsules that are pretty small, but you need six of them a day.

The smallest Multi vitamin I have found is WalGreens A-Z.. They are considerably smaller and I was able to buy one bottle and get one half off.

Thanks I will check those out. I just found "mini multis" at the Vit Shoppe, but they don't have iron, so will have to add that. Will check Walgreens, I've got one right around the corner.
