I just saw these advertised--does anyone have an opinion about them? I don't have any information except what was in the commerical --they are tilaipia ( which I've never had) and they looked good. I'm having a real problem with eating meat--I'm 4 months out and I need to get more protein in--someone suggested fish but tuna doesn't agree with me either.  Information welcomed !1 Thank you.

I eat a lot of Tilapia, swai and whitefish.  I don't like a real fishy flavor and these fish seem mild to me

I purchase the individually frozen fillets of tilapia and swai.  Are the Gorton's breaded or battered and prefried?  If they are crispy, they probably are and would not be the best choice.  Poached or steamed would be the best.
