NSV

I went to Target and decided I would try on some jeans because a coworker told me it was time to go down a size or two, so I decided to get a size 12 and 14 (in a size 16 now).  Well I decided I would be a little risky and try on the size 12 first because why bother trying on two pairs of pants if you don't need to right?  Well I put on the size 12 and they were too big.  Yeah.  I haven't been in a size 10 since I don't know when, probably middle school (30 years ago).

Have to get an exercise plan started again because I severely sprained my ankle and was unable to walk let alone jog.  Any suggestions on what you us for an exercise program would be greatly appreciated.  It has been very hard to get back in the habit.  I'm only 22-27lbs from my goal and I think this has been the hardest part of my journey, even harder than fighting with the insurance company after my denial.  Thanks everyone for your support and encouragement.

Woot!!!!    What a great NSV!!!

Regarding the exercise, if you have access to a swimming pool, swimming and water jog (in deep water), are no impact, high calorie burn, and great cardio.

Very cool NSV! Feels great, doesn't it?

I second what the post above said about excersize. If you have access to a pool, that would be the best cause its low impact.
