I have a friend who does salsa in it. Cilantro, tomato, onion, salt, lemon. Comes out really good! Like ceviche!

I add all of that and a bit of mustard. Sometimes some onions.

I mostly use mayo and onion. Sometimes I cut up a jalapeno string cheese and mix that in with it. Instead of tuna, try chicken and make chicken salad.

How about boiling some eggs and mix the yolks with the tuna and all the other fixings and use it as a filling in the egg whites? Deviled eggs with tuna

It is really good with some sun dried tomato oil and vinegar dressing.

Are you on Pinterest?  Some fantastic ideas on there.  I start Tuna on Wed and I'm ready (Although I'll likely be sick of it after a couple days!!

I did a mock Tuna Niçoise salad. I left out some things like the hard boiled eggs, but the lemon vinagrette was change of pace. I've also made tuna salad with Greek yogurt--use a higher fat one instead of fat-free.

Interesting ideas that I haven't thought about....  I still like it with hard boiled eggs, pickle relish, and a dill seasoning.  But I'll try some new ideas too.  Thanks.
