Plain greek yogurt, mini banana chopped up, drizzle of honey (I used sugar free imitation) and sliced almonds.  SO good!!

I am allergic to bananas :( try other fruits and let me know!

RNY Surgery was on 4/12/2013. Now currently on the Never hungry ever bench

Starting weight: 320lbs

I guess that depends on your surgeon.  I am supposed to eat 5-6 times a day.

It's so different for everyone!  My surgeon says "no snacks, ever."  He says that he is at his ideal weight, but if he eats between meals, he will gain wait, and so will we.  So, he insists on 3 meals per day, no eating between meals.  I understand the concept, but it's hard advice to follow.  Your snack sounds wonderful.  If I ever have any stomach room left after a meal, I'll try a bite or two!

Wow, if I don't eat 3-6 small meals/snacks I become hypoglycemic and also I start to put on weight.
