Just need some guidence please at 5 months out

How many ounces per meal do you eat? And also is it like 1 ounce tuna and 1 ounce spinach? Is that to much or is it ok or not enough?

So freaked out bout stretching my stomach out.

I eat about a cup of food per meal. Which is 8 ounces.

At that point my plan called for 2-2.5 oz of protein 3x a day plus up to one cup of veggies and one cup of fruit per day. Protein shake if needed to get to goal on protein.

I was eating at least half a cup of food by then.  You'd have to overeat a LOT to stretch your pouch.  One ounce tuna and one ounce spinach is very little food.  It would be hard to get enough protein eating that little.

I was eating somewhere between 1/2 and 3/4 c. food by then. 2 ounces is way too little.

I was eating about 1/4 cup of just protein. Nothing else. I didn't have space in my pouch for anything else but my protein.

Thanks everyone, I am going to start eating more at my meals and I am sure thats why I keep stalling out, and not feeling so well.
