The emotional first aid kit : a practical guide to life after bariatric surgery

The therapist in my support group recommended this book. I bought mine on kindle and it was awesome. I wish I had read this while preparing for surgery. If anyone is new or contemplating or waiting on a date I strongly reccomend this as a resource for support.
