olive garden

Thank u all i will problably get chicken cuz last time i made shrimp at home it actually discusted me like d taste wasn't d same. I will be going to olive garden tomorrow so is not to late. Who said i can't eat salad i love salad lol.

This might be a late reply but I had my first dinner out at Olive Garden too:). Surprisingly it was easy to pass up the bread and pasta!  I asked for a lunch size portion of the chicken parm and I ate about 1/4 of it...LOL.  I also had about 1/4 cup of salad with parm cheese and a few croutons and tolerated it all very well.  I had a nice lunch the next day with all the leftovers:). If there’s one thing I truly like about the Olive Garden gluten free menu, it’s the fact that they offer gluten-free pasta.
