what type of protein shakes do you like?

I'm on day one of the pre op diet, and taking hmr for protein shakes. they actually taste good...i was shocked! isn't gritty, and doesn't taste like chalk when you swallow it. does anyone have a favorite protein shake for post op?

Muscle Milk is working for me.

I have syntrax nectar in vanilla bean torte and chocolate truffle...kinda getting sick of them at this point but I liked them for a good few months before that.

Unjury chocolate splendor and Unjury vanilla, very smooth and creamy!!

I really like the premier protein

I drink Oh Yeah! brand and its lactose-free and tasty. :)

I love UNJURY classic chocolate and vanilla. I take frozen fruit, 1/2 cup sugar free apple juice and a scoop of vanilla protein, put it in my magic bullet and  it is good. I also use decaf coffee with fatfree milk and chocolate protein in bullet with a coupe of ice cubes and a make a moca shake.

My favorite is lean dessert. 

I've been through a few and not a fan of most.....most favorite now   Big Train Fit Frappe in Mocha or Vanilla.
