Food at work?
Most of the stuff that I bring to work is protein related...yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna salad. If you want to bring fruit or veggies I would definitely try them at home first to make sure you can tolerate them ok but I would think that fruit cups in their own juice or a veggie that you know that you can eat. I would just be careful to make sure you get your protein before you worry about the fruits and veggies.
I am interested to see what others have to say...it is hard to get creative about lunches and I seem to bring the same thing most every day.
I don't eat lunch these days, but when I did it was usually leftovers from the previous night's dinner. I usually just eat them cold, but they re-heat really well. My favorites are these:
Sicilian Cauliflower Salad (I usually add some cooked chicken for protein) - http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=2470 662
Noodle-less Zucchini Lasagna - http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=2117 585
Chicken (or Ham, Turkey..etc.) with Greens and Beans - http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=2007872
Chicken with Pepperoni Tomato Sauce and Mushrooms: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=2470 666
