I need something chewy!

I used to once in a while have a craving for Jujyfruits, or Good & Plentys. It was the chewing satisfaction I need. I wasn`t ever a sweets crazy person, but these were perfect for the chewing craving. Is there anything like this sugar free that I can try? Just for once in a while to satisfy my chewing needs?

I will ad that gum isn`t going to help. I need something almost hard to chew...that`s what I like about it.

I also go to almonds and brazil nuts have Selenium that we need to supplement Centrum chewables. I'm sure there are lots of sugar free candies on the market, try Google.

My support group gave out Bariatric Advantage calcium chews, they were so good I ate three. I decided I could not buy them and will have to stick to the nasty chalky ones. But they were chewy and came in flavors and were really good.

I have resorted to 3 pieces of Trident regular bubble gum flavor. 3 pieces seem to give me that satisfaction. I used to eat red vine peices or the good and plenty. The 3 pieces of gum make it harder to chew and gives my jaw a work out. They have other flavors too, that might help you.
