Paleo Breads?

Has anyone tried the Paleo Breads? Apparently they are actually not too horrible for us nutritionally.

Let me know your thoughts.. because I don't want to waste money if they taste like dirt.  lol.

I have, for me it was very heavy and it didn't sit we'll.  but I was only 2 months out

I make ours. I only eat 1/2 a slice at a time and itsits fine for me. I also have a recipe for an 'english muffin' that's good. Both are moist and tasty.
A friend of ours bought a loaf of the jullian bakery (i think that's the right name) and said it was dense and dry. So, I haven't bothered.
Please let me know if you do try it!

Any chance you could share the recipe for the english muffin?  I loved those pre-surgery and if I could find a version that's "friendly," I'd be very interested in making it.

Hi Jeff,

another bread you may find friendly is Ezekial's bread made from spelt or some such thing.  I think I saw some at Walmart and for sure at Trader Joe's.
