Feeling a bit funky, seven months out with a pic(hopefully)
I'm in a bit of a funk, I've hit the 6 month stall I've been sitting at the same weight for almost 5 weeks now, I have a massive hernia from where they did my open surgery and I'm booked in to have that repaired (another open op) but its affected my running which I've had to cut back to walking because it bulges and aches so much- which in turn adds to my funky feeling,.
I'm pretty happy with my lose so far but was hoping to get my fitness level up just that little bit before I went back in to hospital given all the troubles I've had in the past.
AND I've missed you all whilst I've been AWOL- defiantly need to be here!!

How did you know you had a leak and infection? What were the signs that caused you to seek care by a doctor? I will admit, that is my worst fear. There is no 'viewing portal' to see what is going on. So when I feel a pain it makes me worry that things are not all great inside. I am not a fearful worrier, but this is one place I have concerns, that is for sure.
Would love to hear about how you knew to go back in and how the leak was determined. Sounds like you've had quite a time of it, hope that things improve for you, quickly!
