Your B-12 is LOW, what are you taking and how much?  It's dangerously low for an RNYer.  I don't see your D-3 or Ferritin levels; did those get drawn.  Others that are important are B-6 and PTH that I don't see.

Could you also edit your post to put your lab ranges, that will help?

As for the pain, definitely consult with your surgeon.  Could be an ulcer, does certain foods make it feel better or worse?

I do take my B12 - 500mg daily - but there are a couple days during the week I forget....  :(

I dont think those are the list of required ones that my surgeon requests.... so they didn't get drawn.

Eating in general makes it worse.  just miserable no matter what I do.  I take prescribed Prilosec (sublingual form)

You may want to up how much you take?  B-12 deficiency can cause irreversible damage.  I prefer personally to have him above 1000 and take 2500 mg a day.

People with levels at 400 have had some very concerning symptoms.  Please discuss with your surgeon.  B-12 is a water soluble and what you don't need you'll pee out.

Your B12 is super low.  Below 400, you can get permanent nerve damage. Below 550, people often get tired and depressed and have short term memory problems.  You definitely need to up your B12 and take it consistently.

You're right, there are a lot of labs missing here.  I don't see vitamin D, vitamin A, copper, zinc, PTH, ferritin... I don't even see protein, unless I missed it somehow.

YOU need the D and ferritin. Trust me.  Mine were not tested and I got very low. Then I needed iron infusions since once they got supper low I could not bring them up with just supplements.

Ferritin is your iron "saving account" . Your iron my be ok (cash) but your ferritin may be getting too low.  I feel bad when mine dropped below 50... and at one time I was living with ferritin of 9-11... (not cool)

PTH: is indicator if you body gets enough calcium - or if your body is taking calcium from your bones and teeth.  You want to have that checked.

B6 is only important to make sure you get enough but not too much. Mine got way too high at one point ...(a lot of stuff I was taking had way too much vit B6)
