NSV I've been looking forward to since I decided to have surgery!!

I remember the first time I flew after having surgery. I had lost 75 pounds since the last time I flew and actually cried when I had to pull the seatbelt tighter than the person before me had it!! My daughter who was sitting next to me knew why Mom was blubbering and gave me a high five. We then put down the arm rest between us because we could!!
Congratulations on a great NSV!!!

Congrats! That is such a huge thing, I know. Honestly, one of the major reasons I'm having this surgery are little lifestyle things that that - it makes such a big difference!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
