Wow, you look GREAT!

It does make me wonder what my doctor will say next week when I go for my one year...I started at 399 and have lost 143 to date....it really just makes me go hmmmmm and wonder why each of us are different...the body is a strange thing!! 50 lbs is a heck of a difference.

It does inspire and give me something to aim for! I could definitely live with it. :)
