Weight Control Oatmeal

Has anyone tried this? I just ate some and so far so good! I thinned it with soy milk and could only eat have of it which was 1/2 cup. One packet has 7 g. Of protein.

I am not far enough out to eat that many calories and that much carbohydrate with that little protein. It is on my maintenance list for next year though!

It is allowed, but not advised on my plan. To keep my calorie count low and my protein count high, I do not eat that just yet. It is advised by my nutritionist only if I have been ill and need something easy on my stomach until maintenance. One of the 'because you can, does not mean you should' foods for me. :)

I tried Cream of Wheat made with skim milk and added 1/2 scoop Unjury unflavored protein powder for added protein. High protein breakfast that was very good!

I have a packet of the unflavored...this is something I might have to try with it!!
