Super Bloated feeling all day

Dude. I was at Micheals and they have mirrors up all along the wall before you check out (horrible idea btw) and I looked pregnant! I have felt so bloated and full all day, I didnt even finish my daily Starbucks (If i say this 2 days in a row someone make my husband  take me to the DR) I have no idea what this might be! I had coffee this morning and 2oz of chicken for my morning meal. Could it be that I ate something so heavy so early in the day? I usually eat a yogurt for breakfast but I ate the chicken because I knew id be out all afternoon and wanted to get a good protein in incase I had to eat out (im not sure if that makes sense but thats what my brain said so whatever) Just made me feel icky. Like ive got a big beer belly today.
