One year followup

Today I had my one year appointment and heard words I never thought I would hear coming out of a doctors mouth:"Don't lose anymore weight!" In fact I have to go back in 2 months for a weight check. I am supposed to add a second snack on the days I exercise because I am still losing weight. Never thought this would be a problem I would have but I am thankful every day for my surgery and for a second chance at life!

Way to go! I hope to hear those words come out of my doctor's mouth one day
