6 week check up
according to the doctor i am right on track. i also talked with my nutritionist (she is very good) and i feel better about my choices and we discussed food options, we talked about calories and im good with the calories because i was stressing so she said 800-1000 calories is fine (i was eating 600-800) we decied no more juices for me, but i may have seltzer if poured into a glass and diluted slightly with water (i missed fizz, not soda so this is exciting) doctor is not worried with me getting anymore portion size than i am at a time. i asked about me stretching it to 4oz instead of 2oz per nutrtion guide. he said dont worry about it because the point of the surgery was restriction and if i am getting full off of 2oz thats great as long as i get in my 70-80g of protein a day. thats all the doctor and nutritionist want me to focus on most also exercise. with much persuasion and comprimise with my hubby folks, im getting myself a treadmill this friday! only 350 dollars at dicks sporting goods. :D im so happy with this, i think i will use it quite a bit because i want to do the thing i dont like most but have an urge to become a runner. i cant really go to my gym/outside right now due to the humidity and heat because of my HS. anyway thats my rambling. im excited to work it out :)
