HELP!!! Lightheaded while eating!

Oh please help or add ie, if you can.  I have been getting lightheaded while eating for the last few months.  My labs are normal. My AC1H (sugar) is 4.5 which I understand is on the low side.  The doctor has me checking my sugar that was 4.5 fo4 5h lqw5 mon5h.  My pco thinks it may be my vegas nerve.  PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE...if anyone has experience with this, please post

Get a blood pressure machine and check your B/P befoe you start eating and again when you feel this way.

If it is a vasovagal response, your B/P will drop. Record all of your numbers and take then to your MD,

I wanted to follow up.  It did turn out to be my sugar!  At it's lowest, it was 45.  The doc was shocked I didn't need an ambulance.  Evidently, the changes the nutritionist made to my diet 6-7 weeks ago caused hypoglycemia.  Here I thought I was done with the glucose monitor.  HA!  Was I wrong!
