1 week post-op. all belly?

I still feel like I am all belly just sticking out. Doesn't seem to be gas or lots of fluid. More like swelling, for lack of a better word. Blah! Anyone else feel like that?

I had the same swelling. Was all gone by the 3rd week. Remember, this is major surgery and your insides are all insulted and huffy about the invasion, but they'll get over it soon!

Yup... and not only are your insides healing -  but you have a ton of IV fluids that have been pumped into you too!  When I got home from the hospital after being there for 2 days... I was up 20 pounds!!  :-)

My stomach only went down after one month. I lost weight but my stomach was bigger than before.
