NSV!!!
Okay, so I have read a ton of NSV's on here, but forgive me for saying, it's way better when it's MY NSV ! LOL So I am down 50 lbs total since March. 17 of that since surgery on 10/11.
Well, I have to go back to work on Monday and I was still wearing the same size scrub pants from 50 lbs ago. Someone from work offered me a bunch of size large, but I am not there yet. I went off to Goodwill and Salvation Army today and got 4 pairs of scrub pants, a scrub top, and a pair of size 18 jeans. I didn't feel up to trying the jeans on but figured that I would be in them soon and I could just wear the pair of jeans I was in now (even though they went from too tight to too lose in 2 weeks****il they fit. So I got home and decided to see how long it would be before I could put them on to wear them, prepared to be squeezed in to them. But, I put them on and pulled them right up, zipped and all!!!
Keep in mind, like many of us here, I have been big since I was a toddler and don't even remember being a size without a 2 in front of it, since before middle school. When I started all of this in March I was in a 26 jean.
I am so freaking excited!
Ready to get back to work to a job I love and enjoy this new lease on life in every way I can!
