Site navigation questions

1.  How do I turn off my email notifications when someone replies to my posts?  My inbox is bombarded!

2.  Is there a way to go back to the forum page easily without having to go to forums, then choose which one?  After reading a post or reply, it takes me so long to get back to find another one to read.  (I'm working from an iPad, btw)

When you start a thread or respond to one there is an option to not receive notifications.  I just uncheck them there when I don't want to be notified.  There's probably somewhere in the set up you can do it also, I haven't navigated the new layout much so not sure where it's at.

If you look to the right upper part of a thread there is an option to go to recent posts and topics.  Clicking on Topics brings you back to the board format.  Clicking on recent post will show you the most recent responses to threads.
