How many shoe sizes did you lose?
My shoe size dropped a 1/2 size and my feet went from wide to normal width.

My feet are exactly the same size now as they were when I was 200 pounds heavier.

Well, I guess it all depends on how much weight you carry in your feet. My husband lost 90 pounds without WLS and he lost 2 whole shoe sizes. I have lost 117 pounds and have lost 1/2 a size... you gotta have shoes!! :-) Maybe some cheap ones now for the transition and then when you are closer to goal get the good stuff?

I went from a wide to normal. That was a blessing!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
I sure HOPE I lose at least one shoe size! I can't wear any kind of cute shoes, my feet are huge and my insteps are so high. Boots are out of the question, as is just about anything with a heel. Something else to look forward to, yay!
