Has Anyone with the RNY have a Kidney transplant?

I am in Fort Lauderdale and my kidney doctor and txp doctor both told me they had pts that had the RNY.  I know it was before the sleeve that I had but hopefully, if I get a response to this thread that you can tell me how you are doing?  Any problems?  I have had many issues starting dehydration and no ability to drink or eat all that is required.  VSG was on July 30, 2013.  Have managed to lose 61 lbs that I am greatful for but rough going.

Let me know....

There is a vet, but she's not here so much these days ...   Maybe she's lurking?

Thank you so much for the name.  I have corresponded with Seattledeb and last she was doing fine, maybe 6 mos ago.

However, I do know there are some local txp pts near me in South Florida so hopefully they will post too.

Happy New Year and congrats on your successful RNY.

Thank you.
