Hey DcGirl!!!!

Time Since Surgery: 1 year 2 days out

Breakfast: 1 slice Salami, 1 boiled egg

Lunch: 3 oz oven roasted turkey deli meat, 2 slices of cheese

Dinner: Not Sure Yet, maybe 1/2 cup turkey chili w/cheese

Snacks: 6 slices cucumbers, 1/4 cup hummus

Nutrition: Calories 463, Protein 30 grams, Carbs 19 carbs, Fat 32 grams so far.....

Exercise/Vitamins/Fluids: walking, almost done with vitamins, water intake so far 50  fl oz

I had a protein shake for breakfast, an English muffin for a snack (I don't eat bread very often but I was in the mood), and vegetarian chili for lunch.  I think I'm having Greek yogurt (banana flavored with walnuts and chocolate chips) for dinner.  I'll have something for a snack this evening but I don't know what.

Breakfast: Boca Southwest Spicy Chicken Patty

Lunch: Quest Protein Bar (don't usually eat for a meal but I was out and about)

Dinner: Will have a spinach salad with roasted turkey

Snacks: Maybe / maybe not

Nutrition:

Exercise/Vitamins/Fluids: All good!!

I am definitely going to be on the lookout for a Boca Southwest Spicy Chicken Patty.  That sounds delicious!

They are great. I eat 1 patty for 140 cal and 12 g protein. I dip in mustard. YUMMY!

At any grocery store in the freezer section with dinners. I would post a pic but I have never been able to figure this out. Something about my OS, I guess. http://www.bocaburger.com/our-products.aspx

Ty for replying, i will check to see if my local walmart or krogers have them Im in alabama and I always get sad when people have good looking stuff from trader joes and we dont have them here, so i hope we have this in my local grocery store.

They taste so good and smell good cooking, but be careful......they are really spicy.  They were fine for me until it hit my stomach!  Then the grumbling and churning began, didn't feel sick, just weird stomach thing.

Breakfast 3/4 c.  Go lean protein cereal 1/2c.skim milk 17 grams total protein

Lunch 2oz Turkey on 1slice 45 cal whole wheat with 1tsp. Light mayo

Dinner 1/2c. Characters 1slice reduced fat cheese 8special k cracker chips (my special treat but at only 110 calls for 27 chips not that many calls or carbs)

Doc says no snacking 

112 oz fluids

5 1/2 months since surgery
