How Do You Slow Down As You Approach Goal?

I'm a little over 9 months post-op and am approaching my goal weight.  I'm still not sure where I'd like to stop, but within the next 10 pounds or so.  Up till now, my weight loss is still very steady.  I'm wondering how other people slowed it down as they approached goal, or does it happen automatically?  I still can't eat much more calories than I'm eating now, and I don't want to stop my exercise since I know I'll need to be doing that for life to maintain.  Not sure how I slow the weight loss down, other than adding "junk" that's easily digestible, but naturally I don't want to do that.

I would appreciate any tips.  Thanks.
