I'm looking for a good app for tracking nutrition and fluids. I've tried a few but they only do fluids or calories. I'll bet somebody out there has found a good app for us.

thanks!

I use myfitnesspal. It's very easy to use and also tracks your weight and exercise.

I use myfitnesspal.com, which is also available as an app. It's free either way, tracks fluids & food plus exercise, and can synch with Fitbit gadgets. It's pretty good.

I also use myfitnesspal and have linked my fitbit to it. Love them both. Helps to keep me motivated. Really like that myfitnesspal lets you adjust intake amounts, etc to keep you on track.

So, I guess that myfitnesspal might be a place to start?  Thanks for all of your suggestions!

Do you use MFP just to track nutrition and fluids or do you use it to track your activity as well?  I was using it for everything then gave up on it.
