Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
Congratulations. Keep eating protein first, then veggies, fruit, etc. Eat the recommended calories. Keep a food journal - all the things you do during the first year and you will have continued success. I'm almost 5 years out and it gets easy to forget to keep first things first. So everything I said - is a reminder for me to do the same.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
