Congratulations on your 1 year anniversary AND your tremendous success! If I read your tickler right you've met your goal weight already -that's amazing. It's a testatment to your hardwork and you are an inspiration to those, like me just beginning their first year (1 week post op today). Thank you for sharing!

Yes - I met "my" goal weight...the doctors never gave me a goal. He said that if I lost 90 pounds I would be a success story. I wanted to lose 110 and see what 155 looked like. Now, I think I want to go a bit lower in case I have some bounce-back. I just want to settle in and work hard at maintaining for sure.
