Probiotics

Was doing some reading about ways to alleviate the disgusting, foul smelling gas and a lot of things I've read said probiotics helped a lot. I've tried beano and I take gas x which help reduce the gas but not the smell. Any tips on what kind to possibly take? A few people said they take digestive enzymes too. Not really sure what exactly they take. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

At my 6week followup my doctor suggested that the foul gas might be lactose intolerance, which I've never had before. I agreed to at least experiment with the possibility and switched to lactose free products. Within a week I was sure he was right. No more smelly pants for me!
