I just spent the last few hours clearing out my pantry and bagging the canned stuff to donate.  its now restocked with everything I need to start my liquid diet on Monday. Tomorrow I'll spend it at church then prepping for the week, its going to be so busy I'm a little nervous about staying on track. Excited though.....

Good for you for taking the time to prepare, it will make things much easier after your surgery. I'd recommend you don't donate any canned beans, by the way. Beans can be a good way to get protein in after surgery.

Best wishes for a smooth and uneventful surgery and recovery!

That's a great way to start your pre op journey. I find that planning is everything. If I don't plan and left to chance, I usually don't do well. Best of luck to you.
