So except for the fact that I have TOM cramping on top of my recent surgery , things are going pretty well. I almost passed out this am before I could get to a protein shake and felt shaky for most of the morning until I could get enough in.  I am able to tolerate liquids fairly well, just needing to set timers to make sure I do drink.  Right now, I'm a fairly happy camper walking does help.  Thanks for all the well wishes and best of luck to all March babies!!!!!!

The drinking often gets easier as it becomes a habit. Now I automatically grab a beverage when I go to run errands.

Drink warm tea before my protein shake my tummy does better.  I did have to switch to almond milk I couldn't handle the milk.

Glad your feeling good and things are going well. Don't go too long between fluids and eating, a timer is a great idea to help with that.
