10 week out ????
You should be great. Able to eat by then ( a little more normally), your energy will have returned, you won't be on new, weird foods or all liquids or anything. You should have a handle on your
heath, what you need daily and what works for you. Shouldn't be a problem. Many travel on a plane to get their surgery so they're flying right after. At 10 weeks you won't have to worry about
blood clots anymore but it's still a good idea to get up at least once during the flight and walk a bit. You can bring some of the food you need -pack it or buy online and have sent to your hotel.
Should work out fine, check with your doc but if you have a drain or stitches they should be long gone by then.

You should be fine. I had my surgery 3 weeks ago, and this week I spent an entire day decorating for our school's prom (I'm the junior class sponsor) and all of last night running around doing things during prom. I know that's not traveling, but it's equally strenuous. I was tired after, but no more so than usual.
