cramping

I am 3 weeks out of surgery. Everytime I drink or eat anything I get cramps. They arent bad cramps but I know they are there. I feel that it may be gas but im not sure. Has anyone else had these issues??

I got them at the beginning too. My doc said it was from swallowing air when I swallowed. It took a few months to get used to swallowing correctly.
