Pre op =  -10 lbs

Month 1 = -41 lbs

Month 2 = -11 lbs

Month 3 = -19 lbs

Month 4 =  -15 lbs

Month 5 =  -14 lbs

Month 6 =  -11 lbs

Month 7 = -6 lbs

Month 8 =  -8 lbs

Month 9 =  -5 lbs

Month 10=  -4 lbs

Month 11=  -3 lbs

Month 12=  - 3 lbs

Month 13=  -0 lbs!!  HOLY ****!!

Month 14=   -7 lbs so far!  Have another week and a half to go!

I went off track right around the holidays and ate alot of things that I shouldn't have. I still lost weight but not very much. I have been on track for a couple months now and I'm losing weight again.  I just thought that this might help someonw!

Oooh I love seeing this! I am a "need to lose a lot" person but only 4.5 months in. I'm also on a mobile since I'm traveling but I will try to post anyhow :)

I posted a while ago about what I contribute to my early success - any pre-ops are welcome to click on the magnifying glass and search the following:

Century Club in four months

pre-op: 18 lbs

m1: 28 lbs

m2: 21.6 lbs

m3: 20.4 lbs

m4: 19.2 lbs

I hope others post too-I find it so helpful to see where the slowdown comes in so I can mentally prepare :) That being said  I know it's not a race and I'm into healthy eating for the long haul, mentally, at this point. I have to add that caveat because regain happens and I've not reached goal or tackled maintenance so who am I to say for sure?

Have a great weekend!!!

Thanks for posting these ladies! They have given me a ton of hope. I dont have much in the way of stats yet. I am 11 days out of surgery and so far I am down 25 pounds preop and 13 pounds post op. At this point, all I want to do is chew somethings haha but I have to wait until 2 weeks which will be Tuesday...

You have done amazing. When joining OH I remember your posts 8 months or more  ago. You should be so proud of yourself. Being a nurse is a really tough job.Always taking care of people and running ragged sometimes.

I have to say I have never documented on paper how much weight I lost .I have lost 93 pounds since surgery. I try to look at it like wow I have done this since October. Not sure if this a good thing not writing it down for myself.I usually weigh myself everyday. I have my calculator on my phone always doing the math.

My initial consultation with the doc was in July 2013 and I weighed 405.

Was on Nutrisystem until Dec 13.  Did a two week all liquids just prior to surgery per the program.

Preop 12/27/2013 - 352# = -53#

Month 1 = -18.5#

Month 2 = -22.7#

Month 3 = -11.1#

Month 4 = -16.8#

Total lost so far = about 121#

So far waist is down 12", chest is down 6", went from 4X shirt to an XL shirt

Started running and can now run 2.2 miles without stopping

Feeling great, doc is happy, let's hope things continue to progress, just always worried about failure I guess because I've lost weight before and gained it all back.  I'm following the program, but again, always a concern about failing.  One day at a time for me for sure.

...and I'm down six pounds from last week. I'll take it!
