Update

I am now done with all of my testing, and they are submitting to my insurance in a couple of days!!! They said BCBS is only a few days for approval, so hopefully it will be quick.  Now I will just be pulling my hair out until I am approved!  Cannot wait to start this journey and my new birthday :)

Don't pull out too much now!    Once the ball really gets rolling, you'll be surprised how quickly time seems to fly!  Good luck; keep us posted on your progress.

 

LOL I know right, who knows how much I'll lose in just a little bit!  Getting through all of the pre-op tests was a major hurdle for me.  Had a bit of a snag with the endoscopy, and she wanted a CT scan because she saw something, which was really scary, but luckily it was just gallstones.  What's one more organ to lose in the process right?! 

Now, that's the right attitude!    I had my gallbladder out three years ago so was very relieved that I won't have to go through any potential gallstone issues (again!) that are connected to rapid weight loss. 

Oooh I remember the wait! My nerves were shot and I think I drove my husband absolutely insane....probably through the whole process! I remember getting the call, I threw the cell and it hit him right in his baby maker, I will never forget that day! Hope you hear your approval very soon!
