day 6 of my two week pre-op diet

im happy to say that I'm not that hungry.  I mean I don't want to this for fun or anything, but its bearable.  the barbaric fusion shakes my dr recommended are awful but I just got in my order of barbaric advantage and at least they don't taste like corn starch. 

I never thought id be so happy to have a sugar-free popsicle but it really nice to chew something. 

I found that I wasn't hungry much either on the shakes; I had New Directions shakes and they really had a good taste to them. They have soups too!  Good luck :)
