I know everyone has this problem and everyone obsesses about or....but my stall was after the first 2 weeks when I could only eat 350 calories a day....6 weeks out, I still haven't lost weight except for the first 2 weeks....

I upped my calories to 650-800 which is difficult to mangage and am getting really discouraged!  I drink what I need to and eat 60 ish grams proteins...!  I lost more weight pre surgery .....

any ideas?suggestions?

thanks!

I know this stage in the process is so hard, my advise is trust the process!! It will happen, your body is changing even when the scale does not move. Try really hard not to hyper focus how fast the weight comes off...it is different for everyone...what is consistent is that the weight DOES come off in your own timing.

Right at the end of my two weeks (last part of last week, I am on week 3) I was gaining, then dropping, but staying right in the same weight range. Like you thought what the hell I am doing everything right. Well everything except being more active. I decided this is what I need to do to jump start it again, so the last few days I have been doing at least 20 minutes of activity (mainly core and strength type exercise to work on toning) and that seems to kick it high gear again. I know that I also have to change up my food. I can't eat the same thing in the same order so I have been working on changing the combination of what little food I can get each day.

Advice? Put the scale away for at least a week. My stall lasted nearly 3 weeks and I even gained a few lbs. I had to hide my scale bc I was so discouraged. This, too, shall pass.

Thank you all for your help and advice!  The scale will go in the cupboard and I will start thinking about my garden, my puppies and going to the gym...no more obsessing about what goes in ( and out!)!

positivity will rule the day!

Thanks!
